Personal development is important in any person maneuvering through the shifts of their life. It’s even more important as people multitask their way through life. Life Design Development Coaching deals with acknowledgement, accountability, visualization and action items in order to arrive to realistic goals. Assessing the development of a person’s life and soul is key in how aligned they are to the truth of what they believe and as a result, they will begin to see the personal results that they desire.
Organizational Design Development Coaching (ODDC) focuses on helping the entrepreneur develop their business from start to finish. Once established, we align their employees and/or volunteers with the mission, vision and purpose of the organizational concepts. We stay connected to the process of the organization and the leadership so that we participate in projecting the curves that come with functioning a business and provide support as the leader and organization maneuver thru the changes. Team Coaching becomes essential in fostering an environment that allows for continual creativity and maximation of the human resources connected to the organization.
IGNITE Group Coaching is a forum for individuals that benefit from gaining support by being in the energy of the crowd. We facilitate group sessions around topics that provoke passion and forward movement in a person’s life.
