SHEZETTA MORRIS
Shezetta Morris is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), certified coach, consultant, and doctoral candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision. With over a decade of experience serving individuals, families, organizations, and faith communities, she is passionate about helping people heal emotional wounds, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Throughout her career, Shezetta has served as a community advocate, Human Capital Coach, organizational consultant, and therapist, equipping individuals and leaders to navigate personal, relational, and professional challenges. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing begins when people are provided with a safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive environment where they feel seen, heard, and understood.
Clinically, Shezetta partners with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, unresolved trauma, and major life transitions. She has a particular passion for serving helping professionals, ministry leaders, caregivers, entrepreneurs, and other high-capacity individuals who spend much of their lives caring for others while carrying significant personal and professional responsibilities. Through an integrative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach, she helps clients strengthen emotional resilience, build healthier relationships, and experience lasting healing and growth.

Her goal in serving the community is to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients feel secure enough to share their lived experiences. Every person deserves to be seen, heard, and understood. Within that environment, she tailors the therapeutic experience to each client's unique needs by integrating evidence-based practices with a holistic perspective that honors the whole person. My desire is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help clients cultivate resilience, restore hope, strengthen relationships, and experience meaningful, lasting transformation.
Whether working with individuals, couples, families, organizations, or communities, Shezetta remains committed to creating spaces where healing is honored, growth is intentional, and every person is empowered to move toward wholeness and live with greater purpose.
LET'S TALK!
ROOTED IN
COMPASSION
Therapy is a collaborative process.

You can expect a space where you are met with:
-
A space where you don't have to pretend or have it all figured out.
-
Compassion without judgment, and honesty without shame.
-
Support that's grounded in evidence and tailored to your unique story.
-
Practical tools you can carry with you long after our time together.
-
A pace that honors where you are while gently helping you move forward.

Some days may feel challenging. Others may bring moments of clarity, hope, and growth. Both are meaningful parts of the healing process.
